Tuition Cost – Diploma Program – 3D Computer Animation, Visual Effects and Game Design
Your Think Tank tuition includes all the basic materials you require to complete the program which may include such items as manuals, videos, art supplies etc. In addition you will be issued an Intuos 4 Wacom tablet and a portable hard drive that are yours to keep. Each student is responsible for all additional costs necessary to complete the program of study. (i.e. disposable storage media, housing, transportation, food and incidentals).
One-year Program – Full Tuition Amounts
Canadian Students: $37,900CAD (June 2015 start date program tuition)
American Students: $39,900USD (June 2015 start date program tuition)
Other International Students: $40,900USD (June 2015 start date program tuition)
Three payments are required prior to starting classes at Think Tank
Application & Assessment Fee – $100 non-refundable application and assessment fee with your application.
Seat Confirmation Deposit – Once you have received notice of acceptance into our program, you will be required to sign an Enrolment Contract and pay an initial $1500 seat deposit to secure your seat in the program.
First Semester Tuition Balance – The balance of your first semester tuition is due 60 days prior to the start of classes. (Second and third semester tuitions are due 30 days prior to the start of each semester.)
Think Tank accepts cashier’s, certified, personal or company cheques, and money orders payable to: “Think Tank Training Centre Ltd.” You may send your tuition via wire transfer by contacting the school for the appropriate wire transfer forms, and taking these forms to your local bank.
Refunds before the program of study starts (PCTIA policy)
(a) If written notice of withdrawal is received by TTTC less than thirty (30) calendar days before the start of the program , TTTC will retain the lesser of 20% of the total Tuition Fee due under the contract, or $1000.
Refunds after the program of study starts
(a) If written notice of withdrawal is received by TTTC or a student is dismissed within 10% of the program of study’s duration, TTTC will retain 30% of the total Tuition Fee due under the contract.
(b) if written notice of withdrawal is received by TTTC or a student is dismissed after 10% and before 30% of the program’s duration, TTTC will retain 50% of the Tuition Fee due under the contract.
(c) If a student withdraws or is dismissed after 30% of the program’s duration, no refund will be issued.
Completion Fund Insurance
The Student Training Completion Fund is established under the Private Career Training Institutions Act, and provides consumer protection to students enrolled in programs at institutions registered with the Private Career Training Institutions Agency (PCTIA). Read More
